Hidden

The Hidden command "hides" a field so it won't print. Hidden fields appear in gray.

HINT: This feature is useful when  merging database information with another field. In this case, add the database field to the (gray) nonprintable area of the page, create the merge/link field, then follow the steps to hide the database field.

To hide field(s):

• • • 1. Hold the SHIFT key and click on each field you do not want to print.

      2. Choose Edit > Hidden. The hidden field(s) appear in gray.
