Show Markup

The Show Markup command displays comment boxes and freehand drawings that were created with the markup tools. The different markup tools are listed below.

Comment Tool
Pen Tool
Pen Color Tool
Pen Width Tool

Enter text on a note attached to a label, including your initials and a time/date stamp.

Draw directly on a label.

Change the color of the pen.

Change the width of the line created by the pen.

NOTE: Comments and markups are not printed on the label unless specified in Advanced Print Options.

To display markups:

Choose View > Show Markup.

NOTE: Show Markup must be turned on to use markup tools.
