Rich Text Properties

The Rich Text Properties dialog lets you view or change your rich text fieldA text field that can have multiple font properties, including size, color, and style. settings. It contains three tabs:

1. 1. • The Data tab is used to enter and format rich text.

      • The Appearance tab is used to set the size and orientation of the rich text field.

      • The Name and Location tab is used to name the text field and set its position and visibility.

To edit a rich text field's properties:

• • 1. Double click on the rich text field to edit, or right click on it and select Properties. The Rich Text Properties window appears.

    2. Select the appropriate tab and enter the appropriate information.

    3. Click OK.
