Save As Template

The Save as Template command saves a file as a template.  A template must be saved as a new (revised) file each time it is edited.

NOTE: See Using Design with enLabel IPM for more detailed information about templates.

To save a file as a template:

        1. Choose File > Save as Template. The Save As window appears.

        2. Navigate to the directory in which to save the template file.

        3. Enter the template file name. (There is no need to specify a file extension. The appropriate file extension is automatically applied.)

        4. Click Save.

NOTE: Templates are saved with the extension .etd, whereas labels have the extension .eld

          1. For instructions to upload the new template to enLabel IPM, see Upload New Template.
