Toolbars

The Toolbars command displays or hides the following toolbars:

• • • • The Standard toolbar contains controls for editing files, and creating field objects.

      • 

      • The Alignment Bar contains controls for aligning and spacing objects on a label.

      • 

      • The Formatting Bar contains controls for editing field object properties, including font, justification, and color.

      • 

      • The Markup Bar contains controls for adding and editing comments, including pen color, and width.

      • 

      • The Status Bar contains miscellaneous information such as printer status, cursor location, and zoom percentage.

      • 

      • The Toolbox contains default objects, data sources, and custom objects to drag and drop on to a label.

      • 

        NOTE: You can move toolbars to any location along the edge of the work area by dragging the toolbar's gripper.

To select toolbars to display:

1. 1. 1. 1. Choose View > Toolbar.

         2. Check the appropriate toolbars.

To select toolbars to hide:

1. 1. 1. 1. Choose View > Toolbar.

         2. Uncheck the appropriate toolbars.
