A Prompt At Print Time object prompts the operator for data when the label is printed. This allows you to change the current value for the object when printing. Enter a default value for the Prompt At Print Time field by keying it in the Current Value text box. When printing the object, the user is presented with the Prompt At Print Time dialog, which consists of three input fields: Current Value, Use same value # of times, and Use same value for rest of print run.

Use same value '#' times |
In this text box enter the number of times that you want to use the value. The Prompt At Print Time dialog is not displayed again until the object is printed the number of times specified. |
Use same value for rest of print run |
