Export

(CTRL+SHIFT+X)

The Export command lets you save one field, or a group of fields as a graphic file.

NOTE:  Regions exported to .ani, .cur, or .ico must be smaller than 2.5 square inches.

To export one or more objects:

• • • 1. Select one or more objects on your label.

         NOTE: To select multiple fields, hold SHIFT and click on each field.

      2. Choose File > Export or type CTRL+SHIFT+X. The Save As window appears.

      3. Select the file type from the Save as type drop-down list.

      4. Navigate to the location where you would like to save the file.

      5. Enter a name for the file.

      6. Click Save.

         NOTE: If the Export command does not produce satisfactory results, copy (Ctrl+C) the selected fields from the label and paste (CTRL+V) them into the destination application.
