Crop

The Crop tool lets you delete unwanted portions of a picture. The picture is re-sized to fit an area that you define.

To crop a picture:

• • • 1. Choose Tools > Crop or click the crop icon .

      2. Click on the picture to crop.

      3. Drag a grip handle until the bounding box surrounds the area of the document to keep.

         Caution:  A picture cannot be cropped if either the Draw picture in actual size setting or Draw picture in proportion setting is enabled. See Picture Properties Dimensions tab to change this setting.
