Upload Revised Template

The Upload Revised Template command lets you select a template to revise and post a revision to the Work in Progress tab of the original templates Services page.

To upload a revised template:

- - 1. Log in to enLabel Workflow if you haven't done so already.
    2. Select Workflow > Upload Revised Template. The Select a Template to Revise window appears.
    3. Click the Select a Service drop-down menu and select the appropriate Workflow service.
    4. Click the Select a Bin drop-down menu and select the appropriate bin (All Templates, Archived, In Approval, Pre-Released, Rejected, Released, or Work In Progress).
    5. Highlight the template to revise.

      Enter a template name in the Search by Name field, click Search, and then highlight the template to revise.
    6. Click OK. The Affected Labels window appears with a list of all labels currently using the selected template.
    7. Click OK to proceed with template revision. The Revise Template window appears.
    8. (Optional) Edit the Template Description field if necessary.
    9. (Optional) In the ASN Email field, enter an email address. The email address will be sent a notification that the file is uploading.
    10. Click OK.
